How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on all orders over $60, otherwise we have a standard shipping fee of $5.95. Orders with subscription products are always shipped free!
Please note the free shipping minimum is calculated after any discount codes, credits or gift cards are applied to the cart subtotal.
We also offer Expedited Shipping for $9.95, which you can select at checkout.
When will my order ship? How long will it take to arrive?
Once you place your order, please allow up to 1-2 business days for your order to be processed and shipped out. When it does, you’ll receive a shipment notification email with a tracking number.
Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days and expedited shipping takes 2-3 business days.
Shipping estimates are determined by third-party shipping carriers based on the details of the order. Although the estimates are usually accurate, carriers sometimes experience delays as a result of unforeseen logistical issues.
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your package goes out for delivery. If you don’t see that email, let us know at [email protected].
Do you ship to FPO, APO and DPO locations?
Shipments to U.S. Territories (Puerto Rico), FPO, APO and DPO will be delivered via USPS. Due to military handling time, delivery to FPO, APO, DPO destinations may take up to 21 days.
Where do you ship internationally?
We ship to many countries worldwide (please check the list below). All international orders are shipped with Passport Shipping, our trusted third-party international shipping partner. We provide real-time tracking for your order to ensure your order is delivered as soon as possible.
Where we ship: Canada, Mexico, United Kingdom, all countries in the E.U., Norway, Switzerland, Gibraltar, Israel, Australia, New Zealand.
What are International shipping costs?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, and include taxes and duties. We ship all orders Delivered Duty Paid (DDP).
How long before I receive my order?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days from receiving your order. International orders arrive anywhere between 7–30 business days depending on the country (will be indicated before checkout). Lead times may vary during the holidays and promotional periods.
